Who does what during a show?

Box Office Manager	Managing the Sale & Distribution of Show tickets.	HAODS /CAPITOL
Publicity Manager	Responsible for selling the show, raising public awareness. Produces posters, leaflets & advertising, plus liaises with press etc.	HAODS
Production Manager	Liaises and agrees the budgets and design deadlines. Oversees the ordering of materials, sets and props etc. Reviews Health & Safety throughout the production.	HAODS
Lighting Technician	In liaison with the Director develops the overall lighting interpretation for the production.	CAPITOL
Sound Engineer	In liaison with the Director develops the overall sound requirements for the production, ensuring that the balancing is appropriate and all mic’s are positioned correctly.	CAPITOL
Director	Has overall artistic control of the production and develops their vision of how the show should look.	HAODS
Musical Director	In conjunction with the Director the Musical Director managers the musical interpretation of the production plus hires and manages the musicians required.	HAODS
Stage Manager	Manages the stage management team and the Health & Safety of the Theatre/stage area.	CAPITOL
Properties	Responsible for all props required for the production. Sources props required, ensures they are safe to use and ready at the appropriate time.	HAODS
Costumes	Responsible for the sourcing and delivery of all costumes within the budget advised.	HAODS
Follow Spots	Part of the lighting team the follow spot operators are responsible for directing the follow spots as directed.	HAODS
Flyman	Responsible foe flying the appropriate scenery and the appointed cue time.	HAODS
Continuity	Responsible for providing lines/cues to members of the cast should they dry during rehearsals or a performance.	HAODS
Front of House Manager	Responsible for the Front of House team who manage the well-being of the audience and assist them as needed, plus selling the show programs	HAODS
